01What is South Era?
A MU Online server with its own identity: ten classes with their element, a world that advances by eras and a shop that doesn't sell power.
02Is it pay to win?
We don't sell power items. Jewels and materials are obtained by playing. The shop offers VIP, buffs for days, pets, tickets and expansions. VIP gives more experience and drop: Origin +10 %, Arcane +20 % and Eclipse +30 %.
03What level can I reach?
Level 400 and up to 50 resets. The mastery tree opens at level 400.
04What happens when a new era arrives?
Maps, gear and systems are added to the same world. Each era is announced well in advance in the news.
01Where can I play?
In the browser, without installing anything, or on Windows with the 64-bit client. The buttons in the top bar open or download each version directly.
02Can I play on mobile?
Mobile versions appear in the platforms bar as soon as they are available. You use the same account and the same characters.
03The game won't open, what do I do?
Make sure your antivirus is not blocking the client and download it again from the Windows button. If it still fails, report it and we will help you.
01What currencies are there?
South Points, earned by playing, and Era Coins, which you top up. Both can be used in the in-game shop and in the website Shop.
02How do I top up Era Coins?
From the Top up page: choose a package, sign in and pay by card, PayPal or other methods. The coins arrive in your account.
03How is VIP activated?
It arrives as a letter in the in-game Mailbox and is activated when you claim it. The same plan adds days and a higher plan replaces the current one.

You are born with your class's element and all your elemental damage uses that element.
02How many characters can I have?
Ten per account, on two pages of five.
03Where can I see the events and their schedules?
